At the race for the white house congressman ron paul is fighting on in his campaign to win the gop nomination doctor bob joins us as sorry from his home state of access is joining us this morning you're welcome and we do have a couple of more primaries coming up and happy unexpectedly ( the south today on the selves we unexpectedly lost a lot of blood in the far west we expect to do better nets in hawaii as we put little bit of energy and that investment into it and i knew that the comfortless and you continue to pick up ground and continue to win votes by question as a new arm and probably not going to be the one who wins the nomination and if if things continue at this pace and what you hope to deal with your candidacy and how long weaver said this melissa forms and arrays and closure on the looks like he's high-handed because it is far from having one that's so there's a lot of thought as well talk about brokered conventions that allow with the enthusiasm and support of a whole generation of individuals you know i'm undaunted to stay into it until we decide who's going to be the nominee for atlanta convention you think it would be one of the forbidden sonorous on i would think so but i know there are some that would like to change that positions and sewer to cancel out year and a half of campaigning in some of the people and the leadership of the party you don't sometimes don't like saying and and sometimes the leader i don't like a lot of young people coming in and taking over the parties of the rather resent newcomers into the party and i think that's what has happened honest there's a lot of resentment of of new people coming in and there's a lot of fighting going on with the leadership in the various states with young people coming in and wanting to participate in a phenomenal job of tapping the young boat had done but i really don't know i didn't start out as a all you know honestly and i is that i will mean that the duke of portland now i just talk about what i think is important one hundred thirty area the sound money issue following the constitution personal liberty is something that other republicans never thought about young people like that and any young people really really resent the fact that these wars are perpetual they're paying for the past wars is a lot of depth and it looks like they won't and that is one of the issues that they talk about when i talk to them on a personal level of what i like when i'm one of the issues that has certainly had been a touchstone recently as the rising price of gasoline that's something that said the president has been dealing with newt gingrich has come out with this campaign proudly dynasty gas at two dollars and fifty cents a gallon know what's your plan for tackling in gas prices and having fun out there the american voter make a plane i save he had had some money it would cost about it on the of in terms of silver that's what he did pay for gallon gasoline right now so it it is in the place of gasoline is going up as much as the value of the dollar is going down but then again the regulations and the lack of drilling a lack of competition in production is one thinks of deregulation certainly would help desk top you know we all know by supply and demand of the product but very few people talk about the monetary unit financial transaction so you can't take nor that he can decide well increase the supply of energy and all of a sudden the prices will go down i get me a hard time just by trying to improve increase the supply of energy and gasoline at two dollars last that's not you count them but i think it's a money issue that people forget about and they should be talking to the heaviness of his little mini debate today about the ability of the fed once it realizes that that inflation is is more than just the future worry that there may have the tools to make sure that if it doesn't get out a hand and i question your eye because it is the just add up all the debts that we have here and all entitlements the promises future promises we made here and i will throw in europe and berlin era is is a fiat currency that we have right now does it really were what the future obligation that that we have could've just said okay organa do i will already delay i used i used to like because we made the commitment defining together is sort of evolutionary trust in the dollar because it allowed no place else to go except some countries now are saying well it will and so we better subtly move over and use gold and do other things in the far east in other seriously talking about there is an even your company countries they're talking about this but for now everything depends on the dog so if they come to a crisis where the prices go up and you need a polevault note to do something this week the economy and of course if you continue to do exactly what we're doing now it crashes the economy were not there yet but it will you know last month to two hundred doctor dallas and one month that used to be the entire budget of our country and that is unsustainable and eventually they'll be a lot of confidence in the dollar because that's the last things hold us together into me is an illusion that the dollar could bailout the world when you look at what you hope to accomplish again by the end of the day what's the most important things that you brought up in this campaign that they hope will be lasting effects well the status quo of politics in washington and around the country has to a.m. and i see it is both parties people have to think more independently and this is where i have thrived on many young people who are just coming into her understanding what they're gathering but also i do this with independence and a lot made in the republican primary independence are sick and tired of it all and held the large majority people say it especially with the masses going on in afghanistan the american people by large majority now say something am home and begin doing internet and running up these dad so i would say contributed to this whole idea that the status quo won't last you can keep yelling you can keep the same monetary policy can keep the same of foreign-policy and the entitlement system is totally out-of-control if on autopilot and nobody else has proposed a cut the other candidates that got cut on the proposing creases i propose a trade or cut some serious about it i believe the problem is very bad and i evidently nobody else considers that because nobody else really wants to cut anything after one of the recent debates rick santorum seemed upset he seem to think they knew and that romney had teamed up somehow as word tagteam teaming him in the course of the debate there any truth to that conspiracy theory now is that some people are more in the conspiracies i am the i think he's more involved in conspiracies no is just because we're cordially of each other we know each other and we talk a lot family as lucky as we have five kids so i don't know whether that's a crime to call you back to eventual republican nominee wholeheartedly learned that who wholeheartedly i you would have to have reassessed that because because you know if they're still talking about that there was a lot more will i think what obama wasn't mailing to enjoy writing with a serious under un resolutions and flaunting the responsibility tell congress rest congress now i have a lot of trouble and how people at the makeshift arming the people shifting some apologizes or shift their views to know the people want to come out in the life by november and obama is upstaging the republicans because now he has once again become the peace candidate you know he's won the nobel prize at the same time he promotes war so he's going to get away with something because right now the republicans are available are part of the anatomy to john mccain party is a reason why obama wants one before is usually a more sensible approach to dealing with other nations in and the and the willingness to go to war is a major factor for the american people just like world war i and world war ii came on after wilson in result on i think our war so people don't quite understand this either revenues have fallen into the trap because not other of the war party and eight they support unit of the patriot act invasion of our houses you know the tsa and always think that's what the young people and independents do not like i think they're setting the stage for a difficult time in the fall so on if if the perceptions change their attitude change in him online about the other candidates like change that right now they're there in favor of way too much big government for me ) thank you very much for joining us today thanks rabidly i said
