Launched by experienced and successful startup leaders and backed by reliable investors, we are searching for top talent to join our dedicated team.

We are seeking an Account Manager with a passion for business relationships, to help find, cultivate and manage new and current VoiceBase partners. You will work closely with the sales-marketing team and have a pivotal role in the growth of a disruptive and exciting company.

Responsibilities

  • Work with VoiceBase’s most valuable customers to understand their needs and help them succeed.
  • Assist in on-boarding and ongoing support while nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Help customers implement VoiceBase’s API to achieve strategic business goals and objectives.
  • Understand why customers use VoiceBase and how they can derive more value from the product.
  • Find opportunities for customers to increase their usage of VoiceBase.
  • Discover and analyze gaps in the customer experience that may lead to customer attrition. Work cross-functionally with others to address such gaps.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Insides Sales/Account Management or similar role in a SaaS business.
  • Proven ability to understand progressive technology.
  • A true consulting approach and ability to communicate technical concepts to people of all backgrounds.
  • Engaging personality, polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional ability to develop relationships.
  • Experience in mitigating churn, driving renewals and other revenue producing programs.
  • Highly organized self-starter that runs towards opportunities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
