Time-stamped Results

For detections, also known as time-based events, VoiceBase will identify if a distinct event occurred and will return the beginning and ending time-stamped positions for each occurrence. Events defined by a start and stop time range from positive or negative comments, to sensitive information like personal credit information (PCI) or social security numbers (SSN).

VoiceBase has a select number of general detections available for events that sound similar no matter what the context; these may include ‘appointment made’ or `phone number detected’.
